Box-CORE

Ages 14 & Up

Fall in love with fitness with this hour-long, high intensity full body workout that is designed to challenge and transform you. TNT trainers lay the foundation for you to take your fitness to the next level. In this class, trainers will teach you boxing techniques that strengthen your body, increase endurance and build muscle. Combined with cardio and strengthening  exercises, this boxing workout produces unbelievable results.

Box-BURN

Ages 14 & Up

Achieving your fitness goals just became fun! Improve your fitness and health while building strength and confidence.

This hour-long class is a great boredom buster designed to increase strength and aerobic fitness.

The last 15-minutes of class we bring out the light dumbbells for strength training circuits. 

TRX Express

Ages 14 & Up

This class is tailored for beginner to intermediate levels. Perfect for first timers and those who want a constant 45-minute workout.

This workout includes challenging total-body strength circuits using TRX Straps mixed with dumbbell intervals in both the aerobic and anaerobic training zones.

No prior TRX experience is required.
